I split the bill with my friends, and my friend paid the split bill. Why didn't I receive a split bill reward?

Split rewards are only available if the split is completed within 24 hours after the transaction is completed. Meanwhile, Bano does not guarantee that every split will receive the rewards, if you have question about the split reward, you can contact Bano app online customer service or send an email to Contact@banosuperapp.com.
