Notification of Transfer Delays for Christmas 2025 and New Year's Day 2026

With the holiday season approaching, here’s a reminder of the key upcoming dates:

• 25 December 2025 – Christmas Day
• 26 December 2025
• 31 December 2025 – New Year’s Eve
• 1 January 2026 – New Year’s Day

As with all public holidays, you can continue to send payments and top up your balances during this period, but you may experience a delay of 1-2 days. This is due to banks worldwide operating different opening hours over holiday periods.

What about trading hours?

Due to market closures, you will not be able to obtain rates or book, amend, or settle conversions during the following periods:

• Christmas Day: Trading will be closed from 08:00 GMT until 18:15 GMT on 25 December 2025.
• New Year’s Day: Trading will be closed from 22:00 GMT on 31 December 2025 until 18:15 GMT on 1 January 2026.
