I have manually tapped 'Received' in the Activity Section of the Bano App after sending a Split Bill/Payment request, why have I not been credited with the amount?

The ‘received’ function in the app is a way to manually confirm a payment that has been settled outside of the Bano App. The confirmation is done manually by the user for requests & split bills for your own record. The amount will not be added to your account balance.
