How Do I Open a Bano Account?

To open a Bano account, you must either be an Australian citizen or an international individual residing in Australia.

Step 1: Complete Your Application

1. Personal Details: Fill in the required information including your full name, gender, phone number, email address, date of birth, nationality, and Australian residential address.
2. Identification: Upload clear images of the front and back of your valid Australian driver's licence or passport. If you are using a passport, it must have an accompanying Australian Visa.
3. Digital Signature & Selfie: Provide a digital signature and take a selfie to complete the identification process.

Step 2: Await Approval

Once your application is submitted, it will undergo a review process. If your application is denied, additional documentation or information may be required. In such cases, a member of the Bano team will reach out to you for further details.
