What Do I Do if My Cashback is Not Received?

Normally, cashback will take a few days to appear in your Bano Balance. If more than 5 business days have passed without the cashback showing up, it's time to report the issue.
How to 'Report an Issue'
- Open the Bano App and navigate to the specific transaction where you haven't received the cashback.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the transaction details.
- Tap on the 'Report an Issue' option.
- Add any supporting documents, such as receipts, to help Customer Support with their investigation.
- Tap 'Done' to submit your report. Customer Support will review your case and contact you shortly.
