What Do I Do if My Cashback is Not Received?

Normally, cashback will take a few days to appear in your Bano Balance. If more than 5 business days have passed without the cashback showing up, it's time to report the issue.

How to 'Report an Issue'

  1. Open the Bano App and navigate to the specific transaction where you haven't received the cashback.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the transaction details.
  3. Tap on the 'Report an Issue' option.
  4. Add any supporting documents, such as receipts, to help Customer Support with their investigation.
  5. Tap 'Done' to submit your report. Customer Support will review your case and contact you shortly.
