Why Can't I Add a Currency Account to the Preferred Accounts List?
The ability to add a currency account to your Preferred Accounts list is dependent upon having an open account in that specific currency.
Steps to Open a New Currency Account
- Navigate to the Bano App Homepage.
- Tap on the currency indicator located in the upper left corner.
- Tap the '+' icon to initiate the process of opening a new currency account.
Once you have successfully opened an account in the desired currency, you will be able to add it to your Preferred Accounts list.
