Important update: Card Cashback is ending on 18 October 2026

We are writing to inform you that the Card Cashback feature will be discontinued from 18 October 2026. From that date, Card Cashback will no longer be available. All other Bano features remain fully available. No action is required on your part, and this change will take effect automatically.

What happens to Card Cashback I've already earned or have in progress?
Card Cashback still applies to purchases Completed before 18 October 2026. Purchases will first show as "Pending" after swiping and move to "Completed" once settled — this can take a few hours, or a few days over weekends. To make sure your purchases qualify, we recommend completing them a few days before the cutoff. Purchases completed on or after 18 October 2026 are not eligible.
